If the guest books your pitch on our website, the booking is immediately confirmed and firmly booked. 

If you do not want a booking to be confirmed directly without your consent, you can set "Booking on request". Here you will receive an email with the booking details of the guest (arrival information, name, etc.), then you can decide whether to accept the booking or reject the booking.

By this setting you can, in your profile, under the tab "bookings" and then "edit" accept or reject a booking. We will show you this in the following video:
